I moved too Filings and added one more, have had about 5 missed calls off a caller withheld number this morning.

Hopefully it isn't them telling me it's gone belly up.

I went with a pal on Saturday to use my ,ST to get him and his son a ST for next year. All done and dusted by 10:30, today he gets a call to tell him that the seats he chose were in fact not available as they had been renewed. How the fuck does that work? They showed us on the screen what was available and what wasn't, are their dystems that bad that they don't reflect the true position?

Tony Gale, the woman read it back it to me when confirming the details.

Seems like there's a load of fucking idiots working there. To say I'm pissed off would be an understatement, but it is West Ham so I should hardly be surprised.

I logged in after someone posted saying they bought a ticket without being on the waiting list (I am), selected my seat, went to the checkout and before confirming I got this email, odd timing.

Dear XXXXXXXX
Client Ref: XXXXXX,

2015-2016 Season Ticket

We write following your recent application and registration to be on the season ticket waiting list for the Final Season here at the Boleyn Ground.

With the season ticket renewal deadline and additional weekend having now passed the ticket office is now in a position to confirm the availability for those who previously declared an interest, in this historic and final season here at the Boleyn Ground. It is therefore with great pleasure we write to confirm, taking into account your position on the waiting list, that your priority period to purchase is now open!

Given the unprecedented demand we advise you contact the office as early as possible to secure the best available seats in your preferred area of the stadium, seats cannot be reserved and all sections of the stadium are subject to availability. Your season ticket can be purchased by attending the stadium ticket office in person, calling 0871 529 1966* or alternatively by logging into your online box office account by visiting: www.whufcboxoffice.com

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to you joining us as a season ticket holder as part of the farewell and final season at the Boleyn Ground.

Kind Regards

Nothing new but there aren't a massive amount of boxes are there? And compare that to 1,000 Boleyn Bar members now getting priority, if indeed that's true, as well as any other corporate bod in a lounge, it amounts to a massive increase in people getting priority on away tickets over standard STH.

Re: 2015/2016 Season Ticket Renewals - **DEPOSITS BY TODAY**
A quick point - corporate have always had priority on away tickets, and it's one ticket per place in the box - so nothing new.

Think you got unlucky. I called and asked about finance, the guy sent me a link straight away and reserved the seat for me until I filled it out.
